What are the responsibilities and job description for the Board Certified Behavior Analyst position at Hoskinson Health & Wellness Clinic?
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support the behavioral health of our clients at Hoskinson Health & Wellness Clinic. As a BCBA, you will establish strong relationships with families, design and oversee personalized behavior intervention plans, and supervise Behavior Assistants and Registered Behavior Technicians.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and creating tailored treatment plans
- Providing supervision, guidance, and training to team members and stakeholders
- Implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy programs in various settings
- Collaborating with families and professionals to promote client progress and well-being
- Analyzing data to track outcomes and adjust treatment strategies as needed
- Maintaining compliance with ethical standards and guidelines
Requirements:
- Active certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- A Master's degree in a related field, such as Psychology or Behavioral Science
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
