- Document care and report changes in resident health or behavior.
- Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
- Utilize customer service skills for exceptional care.
- Perform other duties as needed.
- Valid CNA/HHA license required.
- Prior experience in skilled nursing or assisted living preferred.
- Experience with dementia care desired.
