Healthcare Operations Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Nursing Supervisor to lead our Nursing Department in a long-term care setting. This is a full-time position working second shift, Monday through Friday, 3pm-11:30pm.

Responsibilities

  • Promote resident care and well-being
  • Maintain accurate nursing documentation
  • Train and develop new staff members
  • Evaluate and implement policies for compliance

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field preferred
  • Valid RN or LPN license in Indiana required
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in long-term care
