Responsibilities

We are seeking a passionate Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our growing team, providing essential therapy services in long-term care settings. This role offers a competitive pay range of $30-33 per hour, flexible scheduling, 13 days of PTO, 6 paid holidays, and opportunities for internal growth and leadership. Responsibilities include:

• Implementing treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
• Leading patients through therapeutic exercises and activities.
• Applying treatment modalities and monitoring patient responses.
• Educating patients and families on injury prevention and pain management.
• Monitoring progress and communicating with the supervising therapist.
