Compensation: $32.00 - $38.00/hr, with a weekend differential of $3.00/hr.

Essential Functions
- Direct daily activities of nursing staff per regulations and policies.
- Promote holistic care for residents.
- Ensure compliance with policies by nursing personnel.
- Participate in admissions, discharges, and transfers.
- Assess resident status changes and notify relevant parties.
- Transcribe and carry out physician orders.
- Administer medications and perform wound treatments.
- Schedule follow-up appointments and transportation.
- Provide nursing leadership and direct care skills.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members.
- Report incidents to leadership.
- Maintain adequate stock of supplies and medications.
- Update care plans and participate in surveys.
- Follow infection control principles.
- Perform other assigned duties.
