As a Nurse Practitioner, You Will

  • Conduct medical evaluations for elderly and seriously ill patients at home.
  • Collaborate with physicians and develop treatment plans.
  • Communicate with families and ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications include a Master's or doctoral degree, current RN and NP licenses, and nursing skills. Preferred experience includes 2 years in post-acute care and familiarity with geriatric patients.

Office hours are Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with no weekends or holidays.
