Surgical Technologist First Assist

We are seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist First Assist for a full-time day shift position. This role offers a $10,000 student loan repayment incentive and a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive compensation, health insurance, 401k, flexible scheduling, and tuition reimbursement.

Requirements Include

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Current BLS certification
  • Graduation from a certified surgical technician program and first assistant training
  • Current CST and CSFA registry
  • Minimum one year of surgical tech experience

Responsibilities involve supporting surgeons during procedures, prepping patients, controlling bleeding, and ensuring proper post-operative care.

Work location is in-person.
