Unit Manager / Staff Development LPN

We are seeking a passionate LPN with long-term care experience for the role of Unit Manager/Staff Development Coordinator. This full-time position offers a Monday-Friday schedule from 8 AM to 4:30 PM, with a competitive pay rate of $33-$36/hour.

Qualifications

  • Current LPN license in the state.
  • Experience in healthcare, preferably long-term care.
  • Train The Trainer certification for STNA training.
  • Supervisory experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate Nurse Aide training and maintain documentation.
  • Develop training materials and manage resource library.
  • Conduct annual inservicing and skills testing.
  • Participate in quality improvement meetings.
