- Provide education to patients and families regarding health management, treatment options, and resources available.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality and privacy.
- Document all patient interactions, assessments, and care plans accurately in the medical record system.

Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Experience in managed care or geriatrics preferred.
- Strong clinical skills with experience in medical-surgical or ICU settings highly desirable.
- Proficient in assessing vital signs and providing comprehensive patient care.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and families.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality.
