Position Available – Clothing Donation Associate

We are currently seeking quality applicants who can bring expertise in apparel, its history, and customer service, for a fast-paced resale store. Candidate must also have cashier experience and have a kind, caring and supportive approach to our open position. Workplace Specific Considerations and Responsibilities

• Receiving : Unloading, unpacking, and opening clothing donations
• Inspecting : Checking items for quality and consistency
• Sorting : Separating clothing into different grades or categories
• Assessing : Determine appropriate pricing of resale merchandise
• Processing : Scanning and sorting clothing
• Tagging : Attaching tags to clothing items
• Moving : Moving clothing to the sales floor
• Commitment to safety in the workplace
• A sensitive approach to receiving donations
• Respectful interactions in an inclusive workplace
• This position has lifting requirements that may vary from 10-100 pounds
• This position will require varying levels of mathematical competency
