Salary: $33.49-$44.58 per hour, with a sign-on bonus
This position is available due to the increasing demand for our services in the area.
We are seeking an experienced Admissions Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background and excellent communication skills.
The primary responsibilities of this role include:
- Determining patient eligibility for admission to our hospice program through visual contact, interviews, and chart reviews.
- Completing initial assessments to address the immediate care needs of patients and families.
- Providing education and support on symptom management and end-of-life care.
In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will have:
- A current RN license in the State of Michigan.
- At least two years of recent clinical experience, preferably in homecare or hospice.
- Sound clinical judgment and knowledge of pain symptom management.
