RN Case Manager- Full-time - Hospice - Home Care
$70,720 - $74,880/annually
$10,000 Sign On Bonus!

This is a flexible and autonomous position with a weekend rotation and a holiday rotation.
We're looking for a Michigan licensed RN (case management, home care and/or hospice experience preferred but we are willing to train) who brings excellence, compassion, and integrity to the end-of-life journey. Someone who feels a genuine calling to provide personalized one on one patient-centered care to those we serve and their families.
