What are the responsibilities and job description for the LPN-Care Center-FT Days position at Hospice of Marion County?
Hours: 7a-7p Front of Week
Location: Cates House
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess physical, psychological, social, and spiritual needs and coordinate interventions with the RN.
- Document services and collaborate with IDT on patient care.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Provide bereavement support and community education.
- Participate in team care, ensuring continuity and quality of service.
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Valid Florida LPN License & Driver’s License.
- 1 year of experience preferred.
- Valid CPR and IV Therapy certification required.
- Post Offer Employment Testing (POET) or Fit for Duty examination.
