Empath Health is currently seeking an LPN to join our PRN Team for Manatee & Sarasota county areas.Under physician's orders and RN supervision, the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for the observation of patient / family needs and providing palliative and supportive care to the patient / family unit in the home setting environment, assisted living facility environment, and the long term care environmentEducational / Professional : 1. Graduate of approved school of practical / vocational nursing and current Florida LPN license.2. One year of recent experience in acute health care experience required.3. Previous Hospice / Home Health Care experience preferred.4.
