What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist position at Hospice Of Southern Maine?
Hospice of Southern Maine is seeking a part time Receptionist to work 21 hours per week, 9am to 4:30pm Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday at our main office located at 390 US Route One, Scarborough.
The Receptionist is responsible for promptly greeting visitors in person in a prompt and professional manner, support the Bereavement and Development and Marketing departments in coordinating weekly, monthly and quarterly mailings and performing other administrative functions to support Hospice of Southern Maine (HSM).
High School Diploma (or equivalent) required; college experience preferred. Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience. Experience working with the public in a medical office environment preferred; receptionist/office assistant experience required; customer service experience required; proficient with PC and Microsoft office products required. Valid driver’s license with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or agency requirements and is in good working order.
