This role requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in hospice or palliative care, as well as a masters degree from an accredited program. A current unencumbered Maryland Registered Nursing License is also required.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement clinical training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of nursing staff.
- Conduct regular competency assessments to ensure that nursing staff are meeting clinical standards.
- Mentor new employees to develop their skills and advance their careers.
- Collaborate with Human Resources to ensure compliance with educational regulations.
- Supervise students to meet on-site learning objectives.
- Develop curriculum and course materials based on adult learning techniques and current clinical standards.
Requirements
- Current unencumbered Maryland Registered Nursing License required.
- Masters degree from an accredited program required.
- Minimum 5 years of nursing experience in a setting focused on the Family System required.
- Prior hospice/palliative care healthcare experience preferred.
