Duties

- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop strategies for B2B, retail sales, and technology sales initiatives.
- Manage account relationships, ensuring that client needs are met in a timely manner.
- Prepare reports on account performance and market analysis for internal stakeholders.
- Provide training and support on software solutions relevant to client needs.
