- This position requires a graduate from an accredited registered nursing program and a valid driver's license with proof of insurance.
- You will be responsible for patient assessment, determining eligibility, admission processing, planning, implementation, and evaluation phases of the nursing process.
- Initiate communication with the attending physician, interdisciplinary team, and other agencies for coordinating optimal care.
- Maintain accurate patient records, charts, progress notes, reports, and prepare care plans timely.
