The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospice policies, rules and regulations. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, financial acumen, and a commitment to upholding CMS policies, and patient rights while ensuring the highest quality of care for our patients.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of office, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with social workers and healthcare professionals to create individualized care plans
- Manage staff performance through effective training, mentoring, and evaluation.
- Ensure patient rights and ensure their dignity is upheld in all aspects of care.
- Requirements
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a Hospice Setting
- Strong knowledge of Hospice rules and regulations.
- Registered Nurse, preferred
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and staff.
- Demonstrated financial acumen with experience managing budgets and resources.
- Familiarity with medication administration protocols and compliance regulations.
- A commitment to upholding patient rights and enhancing their quality of life.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while leading initiatives for improvement.
