- Utilize medical terminology and knowledge of medical-surgical practices to communicate effectively with the healthcare team.

Skills
- Proficiency in utilization management principles and practices.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology relevant to acute care settings, including ER and Level II Trauma Center operations.
- Experience in patient assessment, care planning, and discharge planning processes.
- Background in medical-surgical nursing or related fields is highly desirable.
