Job Description:

Our company provides software services to hospice providers and we are looking for a motivated and reliable individual to provide IT account support services to customers. The ideal candidate will be able to skillfully navigate the software and communicate professionally, efficiently and courteously with customers as they help customers navigate the software service.
This is a full time position (Mon-Fri) and compensation is commensurate with experience. Main responsibilities will include:
- Responsible for quickly learning the uses and procedures of the software service provided by company
- Courteously and professionally answer customer calls.
- Be able to ascertain customer questions or concerns.
- Be able to effectively and professionally assist customers with the use of the software.
- Be able to communicate customer questions that need to be escalated to the development team.
- Track and follow up with customer resolutions.
- Schedule and perform webinars for customers learning the software
- Communicate with different departments with the company in a professional manner that promotes teamwork.
Qualifications
- Excellent phone etiquette/customer service skills
- Exceptional ability to professionally communicate knowledge of the software
- Must have computer and web savvy / Must have sufficient technical aptitude to quickly learn
- Experience with IT and technical support preferred
- Experience with customer service preferred
- Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast paced work environment
- Self-motivation and the ability to work well with a team in a professional manner
