Our hospice organization is seeking a compassionate and skilled leader to join our team! As the Hospice Clinical Director, you will play a pivotal role in leading our clinical team to deliver outstanding patient care in alignment with our organization’s values and regulatory requirements. You will oversee all clinical operations, ensuring quality care, fostering interdisciplinary collaboration, and maintaining compliance with industry standards.
Responsibilities :
- Leadership : Provide visionary leadership to the clinical team, fostering a culture of compassion, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Clinical Oversight : Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care through effective clinical supervision, case management oversight, and adherence to care plans.
- Staff Development : Recruit, train, and mentor clinical staff, promoting professional growth and development.
- Regulatory Compliance : Monitor and ensure compliance with all state, federal, and organizational regulations and standards.
- Quality Assurance : Implement and oversee quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.

COMPENSATION :
This role provides a competitive base salary. Our starting range is between $110,000 to $125,000 annually.
