The Hospital and Healthsystem Association of Pennsylvania (HAP) is seeking candidates for a manager, advocacy activation. The primary responsibilities are engaging and mobilizing hospital stakeholders, the public, and external stakeholders across Pennsylvania to advocate for the advocacy agendas of HAP and its members in Harrisburg and Washington, D.C. It requires a demonstrated ability to motivate others to engage in advocacy and to use standard and new tactics for achieving activation.
Candidates for consideration must have a bachelor’s degree in political science, public administration or related field. Must have three or more years of experience in government, association, nonprofits or health care. Cross function team experience is a plus.
