We're looking for someone with a background in customer service, who can work well in a fast-paced environment, is familiar with the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel) and has plenty of energy and initiative. This position requires someone who can work with clients and service offices to dispatch work orders, ensure that client timelines/expectations are met, and perform data entry. The ideal candidate will be hardworking and flexible, detail oriented, capable of multi-tasking, dependable, can work well independently, problem solve, and is a self-starter.
Responsibilities:
- Work within the Microsoft suite of products (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
- Answer phones and emails in a timely manner and provide information to clients.
- Create and dispatch work orders
- Communicate with office team members.
- Listen to and resolve client concerns.
- Review data entry for accuracy
Job Type: Full-time
