Requirements:

Education & Qualifications:
- Clinical doctorate required, demonstrating a strong foundation in medical education and training
Experience & Certifications:
- Competence in delivery of healthcare services for adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients, showcasing clinical expertise and commitment to patient care
- Licensed physician in the state of practice, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining professional standards
- BLS certification required, reflecting commitment to patient safety and well-being
- Maintain a Controlled Substance license for the state and Federal DEA when applicable to their specialty, upholding ethical standards and responsibilities
- Must have successfully completed, or in the process of completing, an accredited residency program, emphasizing dedication to ongoing learning and professional development
- Must be board certified or board eligible, highlighting expertise in family medicine and commitment to patient care
