HSHS St. Anthony's Hospital is recruiting a Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner for our Level 2 Nursery team Effingham, IL. HSHS St. Anthony's Hospital works in partnership with Hospital Sisters Health System.Position Details : - 87, 24-hour shifts per year- All shifts are spent in house at the hospital.- Self-scheduling is completed monthly with the NNP team- Rotating requirement of weekends and holidays- NNP on shift will cover the level 2 nursery and attend all high risk deliveriesCompensation & Benefits Package : - Sign-on bonus available- Base guarantee salary- CME reimbursement per fiscal yearPosition Requirements : - Unrestricted Illinois license prior to start- Board Certified- 2 years of prior practicing experience is strongly preferred, but not required.
Education Qualifications
- Master's degree in Nursing is required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing PLUS 5 years relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
- Doctoral degree in Nursing is preferred.
