Join a Well-Established Primary Care Team as a BC Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
HSHS Medical Group is seeking a talented healthcare professional to work in our Clinton County Rural Health Clinic in Breese, IL. Our group works in partnership with Hospital Sisters Health System.
Practice Highlights:
- A growing practice with excellent community and hospital support
- 100% outpatient practice with flexible scheduling options (4 or 5 days/week)
- Minimal call requirements through shared group call
- No holidays required
- Weekend rotation in the walk-in clinic during winter months and as needed
We provide dedicated support staff and use EPIC EMR software.
Position Requirements:
- An unrestricted Illinois license prior to starting work
- Board Certification for APRNs, specifically FNP trained to see all ages
- At least 2 years of prior practice experience; primary care experience preferred but other specialties considered
Compensation & Benefits Package:
- Base salary with bonus earning potential
- PTO accrual

Education Qualifications:
- A Master's degree in Nursing is required
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing 5 years relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- A Doctoral degree in Nursing is preferred
Experience Qualifications:
- Management experience across the care continuum is preferred
Certifications, Licenses, and Registrations:
- Licensed as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse in the state of practice is required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required
- Board certification from the National Certification Corporation is preferred
- Controlled Substance license in the state of practice is preferred
- Federal DEA license is preferred
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification is preferred
