Job Title: BC/BE Physician - Primary Care
Location: Clinton County Rural Health Clinic, Breese, IL

We are recruiting a board-certified/board eligible physician to join our well-established and growing primary care team in Clinton County. Our clinic enjoys strong community and hospital support.
- 100% outpatient practice with a flexible weekly schedule (Monday-Friday)
- Minimal call responsibilities through group shared call
- Dedicated support staff provided
Position Requirements
- Unrestricted Illinois medical license prior to start date
- Board certification or board eligibility

Education Qualifications
- Clinical doctorate is required
Experience Qualifications
- Competence in delivering healthcare services for adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients is required
Certifications, Licenses & Registrations
- Licensed physician in the state of practice is required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required
- Controlled Substance license and Federal DEA registration, when applicable
- Completion of an accredited residency program and board certification/board eligibility
