Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner - Urgent Care / Walk-In - HSHS Medical Group - Breese, IL

HSHS Medical Group is recruiting a BC Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our Urgent Care / Walk-In Clinic team at our Clinton County Rural Health Clinic in Breese, IL. HSHS Medical Group works in partnership with Hospital Sisters Health System.

Practice Highlights

  • Well established, growing practice with great community and hospital support
  • 100% Outpatient Practice
  • 4 day work week

3 out of 4 weeks of the month will be a Monday - Friday schedule.

  • 1 out of the 4 weeks of the month will include Saturday hours.
  • No call through
  • No holidays
  • Dedicated support staff provided
  • EPIC EMR

    • Position Requirements

  • Unrestricted Illinois license prior to start
  • Board Certified - if an APRN, must be FNP trained in order to see all ages.
  • 2 years of prior practice experience is required.
  • Experience in primary care in preferred, but experience in other specialties will also be considered.
