Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking a Digital Production Specialist to join our team. The Digital Production Specialist provides design, development, and production support to the Digital Experience team across a multitude of content management platforms. In addition, the Digital Production Specialist supports HSHS marketing initiatives by using various digital tools and software to create a well-rounded, interactive, and engaging digital experience for all users.

- Location: Hybrid in Springfield, IL, Ideal candidate lives within 90 minutes of Springfield to come on site when value is added (once or twice a month)

Education Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Web Design, UI/UX (User Interface/User Experience), or related field is preferred.
Experience Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in digital marketing, web design, UI/UX, or related field is required.
- Health care experience is strongly preferred.

Pay Range:
$26.80 - $40.20
A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education.
