Physician - Gastroenterologist - HSHS Medical Group – Decatur, IL
HSHS Medical Group is recruiting a BC/BE Gastroenterologist in Decatur, IL. HSHS Medical Group works in partnership with Hospital Sisters Health System.
Position Requirements
- Unrestrictive Illinois license prior to start
- Board Certified or Board Eligibility
- M.D., D.O. or professional equivalent degree
Position Details
- Established outpatient practice
- 1 week a month of call
- 3 days of Endo in Hospital, 2 days in Clinic
- 24/7 Hospitalist Coverage
- Strong Internal Referral Base

Qualifications
Education
Clinical doctorate is required
Experience
Competence in delivery of healthcare services for adolescents, adults and geriatric patients is required
Certifications, Licenses and RegistrationsLicensed physician in the state of practice is required
Basic Life Support (BLS) is required
Maintain a Controlled Substance license for the state and Federal DEA, when applicable to their specialty
Must have successfully completed, or in the process of completing, an accredited residency program
Must be board certified or board eligible
