HSHS St. John's Hospital is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist II to join the team in a full time capacity. Ideal candidates will be prepared to conduct basic and complex physician prescribed treatments and demonstrate competence in respiratory equipment related to respiratory care-based practice. Operate and maintain respiratory care equipment, administer patient care, and document the practice activity in the patient's electronic medical record (EMR) at the required level of competence in accordance with scope of practice, departmental policies and procedures, HIPAA standards, and quality assurance guidelines. Assist in the education of staff, students, patients and families. May function as a shift or unit lead.

Education Qualifications
- Diploma or an Associate's degree in respiratory therapy from an Accredited Respiratory Care Education Program is required.
- Bachelor's degree in respiratory therapy from an Accredited Respiratory Care Education Program is preferred.

Pay Range : 29.55 - $44.32
A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education.
