Risk Management Specialist

Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking a Risk Management Specialist to join our team. The Risk Management Specialist provides analytical support of a comprehensive risk management program. Works at the direction of the System Risk Manager, and collaborates with the management team to provide a coordinated and integrated process for patient safety, loss prevention, regulatory compliance and for a safe environment.

Position Specifics:

• Schedule: Full time, 40 hrs/wk, Monday-Friday
• Location: Central, IL, on-stie 4 days/week, remote 1 day/week
• Compensation that aligns with your experience

Education Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN) is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.

Experience Qualifications

• 3 years hospital and/or healthcare experience is preferred.

Certifications, Licenses and Registrations

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice is required.

Pay Range:

$32.58 - $48.87
