HSHS St. Anthony's Hospital is seeking a Sonographer-Vascular to join their vascular lab. Ideal candidates will prepare and perform various sonography studies per protocol and as ordered per the provider. Process studies to include preparation for interpretation by the physician and a preliminary test result. Provide patient care in accordance with the standards of care specific to age and the individuals' needs.Position Specifics:
o Department: Vascular Lab
o Schedule: Part time, Day shift, 2 days a week, 10 hr shifts
o Facility: St. Anthony’s Hospital
o Location: Effingham, IL
o Compensation aligned with your experience
Education Qualifications
- Graduate of or currently enrolled in an allied health program is required.
- Associates degree in allied health, applied science or completion of certificate/training program is preferred.
- Experience in ultrasound/sonography preferred.
- Certification as a Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) from the American Registry of Diagnostic Sonographers (ARDMS) or a Registered Vascular Specialist (RVS) from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) is required.
- OR must be eligible to sit for the RVT or RVS exam AND must obtain registry within 6 months of hire.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.

Pay Range:
$31.03 - $46.54
A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education.
Salary : $31 - $47
