Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is looking for a Strategic Sourcing Program Manager-Pharmacy. The Program Manager-Strategic Sourcing is responsible for developing and enhancing group purchasing organization (GPO) contracts. Leads strategic sourcing events involving key stakeholders and suppliers in the process, managing the project to completion. Interacts with internal and external customers to facilitate end-user satisfaction, ensures outstanding supplier performance, and takes action to resolve any contract or supplier related issues.
Position Specifics :
- Schedule : Full time, 40 hrs / wk, Monday-Friday
- Location : Hybrid in Springfield, IL or O'Fallon, IL

Pay Range : 34.21 - $51.31
A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education.
Salary : $34 - $51
