What are the responsibilities and job description for the Team Lead, Switchboard Operator position at Hospital Sisters Health System?
- Full time, 40 hours per week
- Day shift
- Every other weekend
- 2 years of switchboard experience is required
Facilitates scheduling, orientation and education of switchboard operators. Acts as a resource and facilitates communications. Screens, identifies and places incoming and outgoing calls. Functions calmly under stress in order to respond to emergency calls, codes and alarms.

Education
High School Diploma or GED is required.
Experience
2 years switchboard experience is required.
Experience working in hospital setting is preferred.
