Summary Statement :
A Case Manager is an important cog in the Hospital Support Service, Inc. (HSS) engine. This position is responsible for managing one or more hospitals / clients. Cases assigned to HSS will be managed up until the point of acquiring Medical Assistance (MA). Interaction with the Client, Department of Social Services, Social Security Offices, and Field Staff is necessary with each case. Time management and organization are essential to performing your duties. Accurate data entry and up to date records are required to do this job.
Assigned Responsibilities or Duties :
Job Hours and Locations
Mondays through Thursday 9 : 00 AM to 6 : 00 PM
Fridays 9 : 00 AM to 1 : 00 PM
Tuesdays through Thursday work location - Office
Fridays and Mondays work location - Remote
Job Type : Full-time
Pay : $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours : 40 per week
