Overview
Provide direct support to the Property Manager and other members of the property management team in the direction and management of the day-to-day administration of the property portfolio. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with tenants. Coordinate and implement building events.
Responsibilities
· Acts as the first point of contact for tenant service calls, requests and issues.
· Directs tenant service requests and work orders to the appropriate staff for resolution.
· Establish and maintain excellent tenant relations through the implementation of the tenant engagement platform and through personal contact with tenants.
· Resolving basic issues expediently and in a service-oriented manner and overseeing activities to promote tenant satisfaction.
· Assists with general administrative tasks as assigned including filing, answering phones, distribution of mail, written correspondence especially to tenants, ordering supplies, computer and data entry work, preparing spreadsheets and reports, greeting visitors and tenants, and logging and dispatching tenant service calls.
· Maintain soft and/or hard copies of pertinent documentation including:
· Tenant contact information.· Owner contact information.· All lease files. · All service contracts.· COIs for all tenants and vendors.· Forms/templates used by the Property Management team.
· Prepare building handbooks and emergency procedure manuals for all properties.
· Create building and tenant suite access cards.
· Prepare newsletters for internal and external publication.
· Assists Assistant Property Manager and Property Manager with projects and proposals.
· Other activities as directed by supervisor.
Qualifications
· Four-year college degree preferred.
· Equivalent combination of education, certifications, and experience in lieu of four-year college degree will be considered.
· Must be service-oriented and able to interact and clearly communicate with all levels of individuals and groups of people both orally and in writing. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
· Strong organizational and analytical skills.
· Must be proactive, responsive and resourceful.
· Planning and organization skills, with excellent attention to detail.
· Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret real estate terms, principals, and documents.
· Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedural manuals.
· Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
· Ability to accomplish directives with minimal supervision; must show consistent follow-through.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook required.
· Experience with Yardi accounting system is preferred.

Compensation range: $22.75 - $28.75 hourly, plus eligibility for annual achievement bonus.
