Hospitality Confidential is excited to present this Hospitality Territory Manager / Outside Territory Sales role in Los Angeles, CA! As a Hospitality Territory Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales, managing business relationships, and expanding our client’s market presence in your specific territory in Southern California. You will be responsible for managing and developing an outside territory, as well as forming lasting relationships with our client’s distributor sales people and their factories to ensure the successful distribution of our represented manufacturers' products. Your strategic planning, relationship building and sales skills will be crucial in growing your sales and achieving your sales targets. This role does have a base salary in addition to a generous bonus structure.
Responsibilities :
- Territory Sales : Drive sale in designated markets with consistent coverage throughout the territory. Target end users (hotels, casinos, restaurants and restaurant chains, country clubs, sports venues) and outside distributor sales representatives. Contact leads generated, their manufactures and all other areas to promote their products. Cold call new accounts regularly and visit existing accounts with consistent coverage
- Relationship Building : Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, end users and distributor reps to drive sales and manage business effectively.
- Manufacturers' Relationships : Connect on a consistent basis with our represented manufacturers and their regional managers.
- Cross Selling : Collaborate with Equipment, Distribution, and Rooms sales teams to cross sell, hand off leads and build relationships.
- Business Planning : Develop a daily and weekly meeting schedule including training and presentations of our products to end users and distributor sales representatives.
- Chain and Multi-Unit Business Development : Identify opportunities to expand our business with chain and multi-unit establishments. Identify the target list of emerging and regional chains, creating and executing a plan of action for each target.
- New Manufacturer Opportunities : Be watchful for and identify new line opportunities within the restaurant and foodservice industry to help secure new product lines.
- CRM : Participate in the CRM by entering deals, opportunities and projects.
- Showrooms : Assist in showroom set up and maintenance.
