Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development:
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the
company’s goals and objectives.
Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and algorithms to optimize strategies.
Content Creation & Management:
Plan, create, and schedule high-quality, engaging, and visually appealing content
(text, images, videos) for all social media platforms.
Collaborate with designers and team members to produce brand-consistent
content.
Community Engagement:
Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers, building a strong online
community.
Address customer queries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional
manner.
Campaign Management:
Plan, execute, and analyze paid social media campaigns.
Track and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for
improvement.
Analytics & Reporting:
Use social media analytics tools to measure performance metrics (e.g., reach,
engagement, conversion).
Generate monthly reports and recommend strategies for improvement.
Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, PR, and sales teams to ensure cohesive messaging
across channels.
Partner with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify brand presence.
Compliance:
Ensure all content complies with platform policies, copyright laws, and brand
guidelines.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
Skills:
Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn,
TikTok, Twitter, etc.).
Proficiency in tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
Knowledge of SEO, analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights), and
paid ad management.
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
Familiarity with emerging platforms and technologies like AI-driven tools for
content creation.
Understanding of trends and best practices in digital marketing.
