POSITION TITLE: "TENANTS RELATIONS MANAGER"
POSITION SUMMARY
Join our team at CONFIDENTIAL as a Tenants Relations Manager. We're seeking an individual with a unique blend of landlord experience and hospitality expertise. In this role, you'll oversee the smooth interaction between property owners, tenants, and vendors, ensuring a seamless rental experience.
PRIMARY JOB DUTIES
- Serve as the main point of contact for tenant inquiries, concerns, and requests, demonstrating a commitment to exceptional customer service.
- Act as a liaison between property owners and tenants, facilitating clear communication and prompt resolution of issues or disputes.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for property maintenance, repairs, and upgrades, ensuring timely completion of work and adherence to quality standards.
- Assist with lease agreements, renewals, and terminations, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with leasing policies and regulations.
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and lease violations. Coordinate necessary repairs and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Implement hospitality-focused programs and amenities to enhance tenant satisfaction and community engagement. Organize services to foster a sense of belonging among tenants.
- Manage administrative duties such as record-keeping, budgeting, and reporting. Keep track of lease expirations, rent escalations, and other critical dates.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of lease agreements, rental policies, and property regulations to effectively communicate with both landlords and tenants.
- Collaborate with property managers to ensure seamless communication and alignment of goals regarding tenant satisfaction and property maintenance.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to schedule and oversee property maintenance, repairs, and improvements, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
- Keep detailed records of vendor contracts, invoices, and payments, ensuring accuracy and accountability.
- Regularly inspect properties to assess maintenance needs, identify potential issues, and implement preventive measures.
- Assist the the operations team.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to address and resolve tenant issues related to property maintenance and repairs.
- Provide regular reports and updates to management regarding tenant feedback, maintenance activities, and property performance.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in landlord-tenant relations to continually improve processes and service delivery.
- Conduct regular vendor performance reviews and audits to assess service quality, reliability, and compliance with contractual obligations, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Coordinate with marketing, leasing teams, and the operations team to develop promotional materials, advertisements, and outreach strategies to attract prospective tenants and fill vacancies effectively.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in property management, real estate, or hospitality industry required.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with tenants, landlords, and vendors.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of landlord-tenant laws and regulations preferred.
