The Cleaning Specialist - New Construction with Hospitality Cleaning, will perform three key stages of cleaning to ensure newly built homes are move-in ready.
- First stage begins with the rough clean which occurs before carpet installation. The scope of work includes removing debris and stickers, and thoroughly cleaning windows (inside, outside, and frames).
- Second stage is the final clean, where once the home is nearly completed, you will remove protective materials such as film and cardboard, then clean windows and floors to present a move-in-ready appearance.
- Third stage is the reclean and happens just before the owner moves in, focusing on final touch-ups, including re-cleaning windows, to ensure the home meets the highest standards of cleanliness.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Experienced in construction cleaning and safety

Physical & Other Requirements
- Lift up to 45 pounds
- Smart Phone
- Provide own cleaning equipment
- Carry current auto insurance or be willing to obtain

- Hold a valid driver’s license
- Maintain reliable transportation

Pay: $120.00 - $400.00 per day
