HOUSEKEEPER - PART TIME (WEEKENDS ONLY)

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial cleaning and custodial services, with a strong focus on maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards. This role is essential in providing a welcoming and comfortable environment for our guests, whether in a hotel, hospitality setting, or other facilities.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including guest rooms, hallways, and common spaces.
• Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces.
• Manage housekeeping supplies and equipment efficiently to ensure optimal cleanliness.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain compliance with health regulations.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist in the training of new housekeeping staff as needed.
• Provide exceptional service to guests by responding promptly to requests for additional items or services.

Requirements

• Proven experience in housekeeping management or similar roles within the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and custodial best practices.
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor towards guests and staff alike.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 16 per week
