## Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining our facilities and equipment to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
## Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks on machinery and building systems
- Repair or replace defective equipment parts
- Troubleshoot issues with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Assist in the setup of ventilation, refrigeration, and other systems
- Collaborate with contractors and vendors for specialized repairs
- Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities
## Skills
- Proficiency in electrical work and mechanical knowledge
- Experience in facilities maintenance, including welding and fabrication
- Ability to supervise and lead maintenance staff effectively
- Knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
- Fluency in English for effective communication
- Familiarity with residential painting techniques
