What are the responsibilities and job description for the Beverage Cart Attendant position at Hospitality Management Corp?
Duties included, but not limited to:
• Clock in on time, ready to work in clean & neat uniform.
• Hair past collar length must be tied back.
• No gum chewing
• Make sure Pro Shop desk has your cell phone number in case of emergencies
• Perform daily opening and closing inventory. Inventory sheets must be dated, signed and turned in with
closing paperwork.
• Responsible for stocking beverage cart at start of shift and emptying at the end of shift.
• Advertise products on cart. Beverages, Snacks, Cigars, etc.
• Must check with Manager before leaving the property.
• Maintain an inventory sheet that reflects daily sales.
• Check expiration dates, rotate and organize products and inform management to order new product, when necessary, based on par levels.
• Confirm cart is fully operational before starting rounds, (gas, air in tires, oil etc.).
• Carts must be kept clean at all times.
• Must have knowledge of proper golf course etiquette.
• Serve alcoholic beverages in accordance with BLCE law.
• Keep beer coolers and snack boxes clean and organized.
• Must be available to work on major holidays.
• Must be RAMP certified or equivalent. Must have a valid driver's license.
• Follow all Safety guidelines.
Must be 21 years or older.
