What are the responsibilities and job description for the FOH Manager-Liberty Forge position at Hospitality Management Corp?
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBITIES:
- Responsible for achieving FOH duties through implementation, management and enforcement of company policies, procedures, and performance standards.
- Ensure execution of all employee duties to guarantee maximum guest satisfaction and continue to foster a positive, productive work environment.
- Liquor/Beer Ordering.
- Control labor and alcohol costs through managing inventory, studying trends and proper pricing.
- Maintain proper inventory and organization of all alcohol, linens, display ware, chafers, etc.
- Build and maintain a staff to execute a la carte, banquets, bar, Creekside, and carryout operations by hiring and training staff members.
- Continuing staff education.
- Review staff annually or as needed to communicate any performance issues or changes.
- Perform daily accounting needs and communicate/work with corporate accounting department to achieve tasks.
- Hiring, Disciplinary Action, Firing, Etc.
- Communicate and work directly with sales department to ensure all events and marketing activities are executed properly.
- Work with kitchen staff to effectively execute daily food and beverage demands.
- Sales & Marketing for property event spaces.
- Proficiency using Team Suite Portal- All aspects of Interviewing, Hiring/Firing, Scheduling, Vacation Requests, Worker's Comp Claims, Employee Paperwork, Incident Reports, etc.
