Job Summary:
Fairfield Inn & Suites Southaven is looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Breakfast Attendant to join our team. This individual will be responsible for preparing and serving breakfast to our guests, maintaining a clean and welcoming dining area, and ensuring the breakfast experience meets the high standards of Marriott hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and set up the breakfast area each morning in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure all food items are fresh, properly stocked, and attractively presented.
- Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout breakfast hours.
- Monitor food and supply levels during service and replenish as needed.
- Keep the breakfast and kitchen areas clean, organized, and compliant with food safety standards.
- After breakfast hours, clean and sanitize all surfaces, utensils, and equipment.
- Perform inventory checks and report any supply needs or shortages to management.
- Assist with other tasks as assigned by management to support hotel operations.
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- A passion for cooking and hospitality.
- Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
- A friendly, team-oriented attitude with excellent customer service skills.
- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality (preferred but not required).
- Availability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
