Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to their tables.
- Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating chart.
- Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
- Assist guests with any inquiries or concerns during their visit.
- Monitor dining area to ensure cleanliness and comfort for all guests.
- Handle guest feedback with professionalism and courtesy.
- Utilize POS systems, including Aloha POS, for managing orders and payments.
- Collaborate with team members to provide a seamless dining experience.
Skills
- Strong guest relations skills with a focus on helping and communicating effectively.
- Previous experience in customer service or food service is preferred.
- Familiarity with hospitality standards in a restaurant or hotel environment.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficient in using POS systems, particularly Aloha POS, is a plus.
