Job Description:
Hospitality Parking Services is looking for a Parking Attendant to assist in parking as well as luggage. Our main shift is 3pm to 11pm. Friday, Saturday, Sunday availability. Open availability for all days and all shifts are best. Hourly pay plus tips averages out between $18 to $22 an hour. You will be responsible for making sure that vehicles are parked properly and that the grounds are clean and inviting to guests. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a retail environment and will be able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. We are looking for someone who can help us maintain our high standards for customer service, as well as our standards for cleaning and organization. We are a small business with a lot of autonomy, so you won't find yourself constantly trying to figure out how to do something without approval.
Responsibilities:
Parking in a professional manner
- Cleaning the exterior of the building to ensure it is presentable to guests
- Maintaining the appearance of the building and parking lot
- Helping to maintain a positive work environment for our team members
- Other duties as assigned by manager
Qualifications:
Previous experience in parking and parking attendant position preferred but not required
- Experience working in retail environment preferred but not required
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced customer-focused environment
- Ability to prioritize and work independently
- Ability to prioritize and work without direct supervision
- Ability to prioritize tasks based on importance and follow through on them as needed
- Ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency and follow through on them as needed
