Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and direction to multiple restaurant locations, ensuring consistency in operations, service, and guest experience
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth, increase profitability, and expand market presence
- Hire, train, and mentor management teams at each location, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
- Monitor key performance metrics, analyze financial reports, and implement corrective actions as needed to achieve business objectives
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost management initiatives to optimize profitability and control expenses
